AlfaPeople's partnership with the Microsoft Corporation started back in 2005 in Denmark, where the company was founded by Christian Weis Højfeldt and Jakob Bech Benediktson, two ex-Microsoft employees.

Our confidence in the expertise and experience that we have is deeply rooted in our pedigree with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Christian and Jakob both developed their expertise as product managers at Microsoft CRM in Denmark. In addition to this, Christian was the executive responsible for the introduction of Microsoft CRM in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Our expansion has been impressive by any standards, and in 2006 we achieved 300% growth. To date over 25% of our employees are ex-Microsoft and as a 100% self-financed company, our customers and partners can be assured that we are committed to the long-term progression of the company.
