way beyond the implementation of the system. Our methodology calls for training
users to a level of independence from AlfaPeople for the day to day use of your
solution.
In addition, structured support plans are available, just in case you get into trouble.
We will always ensure that all relevant training and acclimatisation to your new
system has been completed and your people are confident.
By the time your installation is completed, we'll be like part of the family,
so if you ever need anything, we're here to help.
There may come a time when further support may be required - for this we have a
team of support specialists so that we can deal with any issues efficiently. We've
also simplified the process to reduce the time that you have to spend on it:
- email your request to
support@alfapeople.com, this helps us to track and handle the case appropriately
- we will register the case using our own CRM system
- it will be prioritised in relation on its severity
You will able to view the whole process and at what stage your enquiry is at
on your PC.
Good support needs a little investment
Post implementation, support is not included in the initial outlay of the project
due to the sufficient training we give to your internal people. We do recommend
a support plan or a punch card system if you want to play it 100% safe. By using
this system we increase the efficiency of the support and provide you with a cost-effective
solution, as you only pay for what you use.
